I was pleased to join Forouk at In Vision together with James at the panel discussion after the screening of SQUADS. A fantastic documentary from In Vision around how some of the biggest brands now run large product teams & autonomous squads.

As a driver of the same – large experience team & autonomous squads on multiple engagement we were both invited to talk about the pros, cons and where to start. A fantastic audience and some tough but great questions.

I had the great opportunity to spread the gospel of proactive and relevant experiences at the Telecom World ME in Dubai. Thank you Herman Sing for the questions and audience.
